Really enjoyed this book. It offers a strong taste of the culture of Trinidad, and takes you deep into the lives of its people, their hopes and outlook, longings and loves. It's a story about people with heart, one that demonstrates all too clearly that no matter how different the country, people resemble one another the world over.
